The answer is, "Check your e-mail and CLICK on the link within the registration confirmation e-mail you received. If you cannot find the e-mail, please check your junk e-mail folder. If you did not receive the registration confirmation e-mail, please either wait longer, contact us or re-register.

1. How do I register to use the RTD Trading website?
You can register to use the RTD Trading website at our online registration form. Please read and follow our Terms and Conditions.

2. I need to change my registration. How do I do this?
You can use our Change Registration form if you need to update your address, email address, or to change your user id or password.

3. I forgot my password and/or username. How do I get this info?
RTDTrading.com can send your username and password to your registered email address. Just enter your email address in the Username/Password Request form.

4. How is my registration contact information used?
We use your registration contact information to authorize your credit card transaction, to know where and to whom your purchase(s) need to be shipped, and to contact you regarding your purchase if needed. If, during your registration, you opted to join our e-mail list, your e-mail address will be used to send you e-mail notification of new features and special offers from RTD Trading. Also, please read our Privacy Policy.

5. I've registered, but have not received my confirmation e-mail.
Please check your e-mail program's junk e-mail folder and then we recommend setting your e-mail options to allow e-mail from the rtdtrading.com website.

1. How can I view my previous orders or my order history?
You can use the Account Info link near the top of each webpage. Enter your User Name and Password to access your Order History and other account information.

2. How long to I have to pay for my shopping cart contents?
Not very long. If you have not paid yet, your shopping cart contents will be removed after a period of 1 day has passed since you put in your first item. But, if you come back later and find your cart empty, all you have to do is go back and pick out your items again, and put them in your new shopping cart.

3. What is the mailing address for RTD Trading?
If you place an order to be paid by check or money order, our address will be supplied to you on your order finalization page and also in the order confirmation e-mail you will receive. If you need to return something, please Contact Us for a Return Authorization Number and we will supply you with our mailing address.

Check your Internet browser settings (Internet Explorer, Netscape, Firefox, etc.) and make sure you have Cookies turned on. If you cannot figure out the problem, please Contact Us.

7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. All international orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail International with an ETA of 6 to 10 business days. You cannot have your order shipped to a country that is different than your billing address country unless you Contact Us for authorization. We no longer ship to Mexico. Any orders requesting shipment to Mexico will be cancelled.

8. How soon will you ship my order?
Most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours. If you have an important RUSH order, or just need to know your shipping date in advance, please Contact Us so that we can give you an estimated shipping date.

9. Is this merchandise brand new?
All merchandise in our store is brand new unless otherwise noted in the item description. The only category which might contain used items would be the Collectibles category. Even then, it will be noted in the item description if the item is not new.
